Hello, my name is Tyrus Turner, and I am the proud Founder and Owner of Purple Haven Care Group, LLC.

My passion for caring for seniors didn't begin with starting a business — it began with how I was raised. From an early age, my parents taught me to honor and respect our elders. Whether it was helping a senior carry groceries or simply offering a helping hand, I learned that kindness and compassion are among the greatest gifts we can give.

Years later, those lessons became deeply personal.

When my aunt's health began to decline, our family faced the same difficult questions that so many families face today. How do we keep her safe? Who can we trust? Where do we turn for help?

I became her advocate.

For more than ten years, I helped her navigate every step of her journey — from finding safe housing and securing benefits to coordinating medical care and searching for caregivers who would treat her with the dignity she deserved. I worked with more than seven different home care agencies, determined to find the right fit because I refused to settle for anything less than the very best for someone I loved.

That experience changed my life forever.

I learned that great home care isn't just about helping with daily tasks. It's about preserving dignity, creating meaningful companionship, showing patience, and treating every client as if they were your own family.

Those experiences inspired me to create Purple Haven Care Group, LLC.

Our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized care that allows seniors and veterans to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Serving our veterans is especially meaningful to me. My spouse has proudly served our country for more than 24 years, giving our family a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by our military heroes. Caring for those who have served our nation is not just part of our business — it's one of our greatest honors.
